My Old Pine Tree

Long Story Skirt
Long Story Skirt

The house was filled with the resinous fragrance of the giant Norfolk Island Pine tree (Araucaria).

It had not survived yesterday´s storm and fell down to the ground in a thunderous crash.

In it´s magnanimous nobility the smell of its perfumed blood filled the air that night as if wanting to embrace everything around it.

Perhaps it was its lovely way of saying goodbye.

It will be truly missed.

Finally a gorgeous and versatile top. I´m really planning on relying a lot on this top this summer because of its multiple uses.  You can dress it up or down and even wear it as a robe when relaxing at home!

Half kimono and half Spanish mantilla, the opened top is edged in silk fringe all around the hem and sleeves.  The fabric is delicately embroidered and sequined in beautiful shades of green, pink, red, yellow and gold. It comes with matching mesh black jeans, a golden system layer under-top, a metal flower bracelet (not shown) and belt. Available in several colors.  Vero Modero – Bohemian Kimono top + flower belt.  Maitreya – Jeans.  .Shi – Ring. MG – Necklace.  Truth – Hair.
